If you’re trying to sell your home, one thing that often gets overlooked amid the chaos that is home-selling is your garden. Maybe you’ve let it grow out of control over the years and now aren’t sure how to rein it back in again, or maybe you’ve got problems with your grass or a rodent infestation that’s leaving holes everywhere.

1. Instal a garden shed 

Everyone loves an outdoor space, but homeowners often find themselves incapable of storing all of their tools in a garage, so one addition you might consider is a garden shed. It doesn’t have to be very big, it just has to be there. You can match the paint to your house, or have the little shed stand out on its own. 

And if you really want to go all out — consider transforming it into a man-cave or even a home office — this will attract a whole new range of buyers to the home. 2. Take control of your shrubbery
