Trinity Beach sits on the northern Cairns coast, postcode 4879 — about 20 minutes north of the CBD, wedged between Clifton Beach and Kewarra. Most of the housing stock is from the 90s and 2000s: rendered brick, lightweight cladding, plenty of tile roofs. Beautiful spot to live, hard on paint.

Hardwood fences, screen panels, decks. Strip back to bare timber, oil or stain, finish with a UV-stable topcoat.

Roof painting + roof restoration

Tile, Colorbond, and corrugated. Pressure clean, re-screw if needed, treat rust spots, then spray with a heat-reflective system that drops indoor temperatures and your power bill.
